Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed entirely by Stripe.

Plans and pricing

The most up to date overview of the available plans and respective pricing is available on the Promptmetheus website under "pricing".

Upgrade

You can upgrade your account via the Account page by clicking on "Upgrade account" in the Subscription section. Currently only "Single" plans are available in the customer portal. If you are interested in a "Team" plan, please create a Single account first and then get in touch so that we can set you up with the Team trial.

Manage your subscription

You can manage your subscription, update billing details, and access your invoices directly in the Stripe billing portal. To access the portal, just follow this link or click on "Manage subscription" in the info section of the Account page. If you are on a Team plan, please get in touch for dedicated support regarding your subscription.
