Workspaces

Workspaces are collections of Projects. Each account has a Personal Workspace and optionally one or more Organization Workspaces if they are on a Team plan or have been invited to a team.

Personal Workspace

The Personal Workspace is private and only visible to the account owner. Data in a Personal Workspace is synced automatically between devices and browsers, but not shared with other users.

Organization Workspaces

Organization Workspaces are always associated with a Team account and managed by the Organization owner. Take a look at the Organizations section for more information on how Organizations work.

Import / Export

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to import or export an entire Workspace. We're working on providing a full data dump, but imports are tricky. The reason is that, as the app evolves and new features get added, the structure of the database changes. Adding an import feature would require maintaining compatibility with every version of the app that ever existed, which would eat up a huge chunk of capacity and slow down development significantly.

We do however make daily database backups to keep your data safe.
